#Pitta #Vata Ayurvedic Avocado Toast

The following recipe is a great snack for Vata and Pitta dosha-dominants.


  • Sprouted bread

  • Soft tofu

Optional (reduce or avoid if Pitta dominant)-

  • Sesame seeds

  • Poppy seeds

  • Garlic powder

Optional (reduce or avoid if Vata dominant)-

How to make:

  1. Cook tofu on skillet at low-medium heat. Season with salt & black pepper in moderation

  2. Toast bread and spread avocado

  3. Layer tofu on top

  4. Add optional ingredients and squeeze lime on toast

  5. Enjoy :)
