The following recipe is a great snack for Vata and Pitta dosha-dominants.
Ingredients:
Sprouted bread
Soft tofu
Optional (reduce or avoid if Pitta dominant)-
Sesame seeds
Poppy seeds
Garlic powder
Optional (reduce or avoid if Vata dominant)-
Onion flakes
Chili flakes are a better idea if you are Kapha dominant, like my dad. See this article for more information on the relationship between taste and the doshas.
How to make:
Cook tofu on skillet at low-medium heat. Season with salt & black pepper in moderation
Toast bread and spread avocado
Layer tofu on top
Add optional ingredients and squeeze lime on toast
Enjoy :)
